My plans

I have decided to make this blog because I wanted to keep a journal and I want to show people what it's like to be someone like me. Yes, I am Pro-Ana and Pro-Mia so if you're a hater just leave this site now.

Anyways, from November on I have been binging non-stop. I'm going to try slowly go back to the way I was, because I have tried fasting but I ended up throwing up stomach acid.

27/02/09-1/03/09 No eating before 3:30 and after 18:00
2/03/09-8/03/09 Eating 1000 calories on the first day amd decreasing by 100 calories each day
9/03/09-22/03/09 300,500,700,200,400,600,800 and repeat
23/03/09-29/03/09 Under 500 a day
30/03/09-5/04/09 Dinner only

That's it so far. I want to lose at least 10 lbs by then, which averages out to be 2 lbs a week. But the first week is so I can at least maintain a bit, so it's 4 weeks to lose 10 lbs, which is 2.5 lbs a month. I'm scared I won't be able to do it, because I have an extrememly low metabolism. But I won't flop and I'll stick to it.
